Wrapped with fresh bamboo leaves, this dumpling is made from yellow glutinous rice with a filling of red bean paste. Another vegetarian delight, these dumplings are cooked in alkaline water, in a separate stainless steel container from other dumplings. Also available in plain Kee Chang without bean paste.
