Delivery Information

Order Policy:
  • We are pleased to accept orders at least 2 working days (including Saturdays) in advance before 3pm.
  • We will confirm your order via email, SMS or phone call within 1-2 days from your date of order. 
Payment Modes:
  • You may make your purchase directly from our outlets or contact us for a quotation.
  • We also accept orders online (above $160) with by credit card (via PayPal) or bank transfer.
  • ​All payment must be made in Singapore Dollars.
Collection Modes:
  • You may collect your orders personally at any one of our outlets. 
    • If ordering online, please indicate when and which outlet you wish to self-collect when you checkout.
    • If you have placed your order by phone or email, please confirm your desired collection location at least 1 day in advance by contacting our Customer Service Officer before 3pm at 6352 6283. Please also state your preferred collection date and time.​​​
  • Delivery service is available if your order amount is:
    • above $160 (before 6 Jun and after 7 Jun)
    • above $500 (on 6 Jun or 7 Jun)
Delivery Charges: (inclusive of GST)
  • Before 6 Jun and after 7 Jun:
    • For order amount $160$500$26.75 delivery charge
    • For order amount above $500 : Free delivery
       
  •  On 6 Jun or 7 Jun:
    • For order amount above $500 : Free delivery
  • We reserve the right to revise and amend the delivery charges from time to time.
Delivery Period:
  • Your order will only be delievered to you after our confirmation of your payment.
Delivery Address:
  • The delivery service is for one delivery address only.
  • ​If you need the rice dumplings to be delivered to multiple locations, you may wish to order through our Customer Service Officer at 6352 6283 instead.
Cancellation Policy:
  • We accept no cancellation after payment is made by customers.
  • We reserve the right to reject orders due to operational or unforseen circumstances. We will provide a full refund without any obligation if such a situation occurs.
