Delivery Information

Order Policy:
  • We are pleased to accept your orders at least *2 working days in advance, and preferably before 3pm. This will give us time to check our stock and facilitate the preparation of your order.
  • We will confirm your order via email, SMS or phone call within 2 days from your date of order. 
Payment Modes:
  • You may make your purchase directly from our outlets or contact us for a quotation.
  • We also accept orders (above $50) online with payment by credit card (Visa/Master/Amex) via PayPal.
  • ​All payment must be made in Singapore Dollars.
Collection Modes:
  • You may collect your orders personally at any one of our outlets. 
    • If ordering online, please indicate which outlet you wish to self-collect when you checkout.
    • If you have placed your order by phone or email, please confirm your desired collection location at least 1 day in advance by contacting our Customer Service Officer before 3pm at 6352 6283. Please also state your preferred collection date and time.
  • Delivery service may be provided only if your order is $50 or more. Please refer below for the delivery charges:
Delivery Charges:
  • Free delivery will be provided for orders above $400.
  • No delivery service will be available for orders below $400.
Delivery Period:
  • Your order will only be delievered to you upon our confirmation of your payment.
  • For urgent orders, kindly call our Customer Service Officer at 6352 6283 to make a special arrangement. 
Delivery Address:
  • The delivery service is for one delivery address only.
  • ​If you need the rice dumplings to be delivered to multiple locations, please order through our Customer Service Officer at 6352 6283 instead.
Cancellation Policy:
  • We accept no cancellation after payment is made by customers.
  • We reserve the right to reject orders due to operational or unforseen circumstances. We will provide a full refund without any obligation if such a situation occurs.
